K&S converted our conservatory roof to an insulated 'warmer roof'. Scott was a highly communicative and empathetic professional. He and Kay continually kept us informed on progress and gave us the opportunity to give our input where necessary. Their attention to the little details we hadn't considered really helped elevate the build and turned our conservatory into a wonderful living space. We really appreciated that additional care and it made us feel like they were invested in the best outcome for the project. The project was finished on time and there were no surprise additional costs. I'd definitely work with Scott and Kay again, and would recommend their services to others.

A family run, knowledgeable and hard working business, which we were referred to by one of our neighbours. We had our windows and doors (including a bifold patio door) replaced in anthracite grey frames. Scott encountered some issues with his supplier and dealt with this with the utmost professionalism, incurring additional costs to get the delivery sorted and the installation finalised as efficiently as possible. When installing the windows, there was more work than they had envisaged due to our plaster being extremely soft/sandy and falling apart with the application of any force. Kaylum very kindly went through each area of the house and filled these holes and cracks. We have experienced complete nightmares with other companies, but we could relax with K&S as we knew they genuinely wanted to help and complete the job to a proper standard. Thanks again!

Our family home was sat here for 4 years, as the old builders went with my money. These hero’s (K & S bespoke builds) finally put an end to our nightmare. Done exactly what they said they would do, made good of the old builders work or done away with it completely. Showed up and took pride from the very start. Neat, tidy and professional, kept us updated every step of the way. Gary especially is very knowledgeable in every area of his trade. All works is not totally complete yet due to other trades needing to finish off but I trust them that they will return. This family run business has a seat at our family table!!

I came across K&S Bespoke Builds Ltd on Facebook I did some due diligence and decided to meet up with one of the family members Scott , we checked out their portfolios and in due course ours wasn’t just a replacement of the conservatory roof we also needed one of the dwarf walls to be demolished and rebuilt. We discussed the costs and found them to be reasonable compared to other quotes we had received and with that decided to proceed, bearing in mind we had approximately four months before we wanted the work to commence. We have just had our new front door fitted and we are thrilled with it. I was after a specific colour and style that would suit our house. Scott was able to show me the solidor brochure on the website and then I was able to choose the exact style and colour that I wanted.
