Garden Rooms Across Woking
We build garden rooms for homeowners throughout Woking and the GU21 to GU24 postcodes. Woking grew up around the railway and is heavily a commuter town, so a lot of what we build here is a proper home office - somewhere to work with a door that shuts, without losing a bedroom to a desk.
K&S Bespoke Builds is run by Kaylum and Scott, who are involved at every stage so the job runs smoothly.

What a Garden Room Adds to a Woking Home
You get a self-contained room with power, lighting and proper insulation, set apart from the noise of the house. The build takes around a week rather than the months a full extension would, and the same space works as a gym, studio or evening snug once the laptop is shut.

FAQs
Can you run power and internet out to the garden room?
Yes. Electrics are installed as standard, with sockets, lighting and a supply fed from the house. Network cable can be run at the same time if you would rather not rely on wifi, which matters if you are working from it every day.
Do you cover the whole of Woking?
Yes, across GU21 to GU24 and the surrounding Surrey area, all within comfortable reach of our base near Reading.
Is it warm enough to work in through winter?
Yes. High-performance insulation goes into the walls, floor and roof, so the room holds its heat and costs very little to warm. Most people find a single electric heater is plenty.
