A family run, knowledgeable and hard working business, which we were referred to by one of our neighbours. We had our windows and doors (including a bifold patio door) replaced in anthracite grey frames. Scott encountered some issues with his supplier and dealt with this with the utmost professionalism, incurring additional costs to get the delivery sorted and the installation finalised as efficiently as possible. When installing the windows, there was more work than they had envisaged due to our plaster being extremely soft/sandy and falling apart with the application of any force. Kaylum very kindly went through each area of the house and filled these holes and cracks. We have experienced complete nightmares with other companies, but we could relax with K&S as we knew they genuinely wanted to help and complete the job to a proper standard. Thanks again!

I came across K&S Bespoke Builds Ltd on Facebook I did some due diligence and decided to meet up with one of the family members Scott , we checked out their portfolios and in due course ours wasn’t just a replacement of the conservatory roof we also needed one of the dwarf walls to be demolished and rebuilt. We discussed the costs and found them to be reasonable compared to other quotes we had received and with that decided to proceed, bearing in mind we had approximately four months before we wanted the work to commence.
